Jill Biden Announces Picks for Office of First Lady, Including Press Secretary

Incoming First Lady Jill Biden announced picks for her future office on Thursday, including her choice for press secretary. Michael LaRosa will be Biden’s press secretary after serving as her chief spokesperson during the 2020 campaign. LaRosa has also worked as communications director for the House Democratic Policy Communications Committee in the Office of Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), as communications director for the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, and as a producer for MSNBC.
